Please uninstall Poker Copilot then go to your home directory  /s/YOUR_ and then delete below file from /Library/Preferences/

com.barbarysoftware.pokercopilot.plist

If the file is not there, please try from the root directory: /Library/Preferences/, look for it with searchlight and make sure that hidden files are visible too.

Finally re-install your Poker Copilot once again, with the latest version available in pokercopilot.com, then re-start your equipment.
